We have first met Dave when he and his family came to visit our working place, at Lakestone lodge right on Lake Pukaki. Already then he left a very good impression. Before they left, Dave left one of his business cards with us, just in case we needed a wedding celebrant sometime down the lane. Well, it turned out, we did indeed. A bit more than a year later my now husband and I decided to get married and when we were looking at possible celebrants, Dave came to mind. At the time of our wedding I was eight months pregnant and when our wee boy was born in June, Dave was among the first people to visit us at the hospital. We still maintain a very good relationship and love catching up with Dave and his family when we are in Timaru. In short, we looked for a celebrant, and we have found a friend.
